Unable to create DB extract after import database from different environment with same siebel versio

Team,

Imported Database from other environment, now the Application is up & all the components are online.  Try to DB extract for the user from server manager and getting following errors:

SBL-ADM-60070: Error reported on server 'app' follows:

SBL-SVR-00010: Undefined parameter for the task or component

SBL-CSO-09101: No more parameters, events, statistics or state values were found for the component.

Even, completed ddl synch though getting same error.

Note: Before importing DB, db extract was working properly.
