Error "Please choose an existing combination" when update assignment for a new joiner

Hi,

When I tried to update assignment record for a new joiner, error "Please choose an existing combination" prompts.

I've read some notes in metalink telling me to enable People Group Flexfield - Allow dynamic inserts.

Well yes I did and the error still prompts.

Anyone has idea on this?
