APP-AR-96946, you cannot mark bill receivble as accepted

Hi Experts,

I am facing an issue, like I have created one transaction and when am trying to accept the Bill Receivable transaction, giving an error called APP-AR-96946, you cannot mark bill receivble as accepted.

Could you please help me to resolve the Issue.
