OPEN UI is not Working, however HI is working

Team,

Configured Custom AOM for Open UI

As per Guide changed the parameters Enable Open UI & HI is True at Ent Config-->Server-->Component view. Have custom template files, so have placed at /app/siebsrvr/webtempl/ouiwebtempl/custom.

When opened the OpenUI URL, it open with vanilla login page not with custom login page. Your inputs is highly appreciated.
