Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hi Team,

Can you tell us. how to find the hot block in oracle.

which block is currently used. is there any view through that we can find out "HOT Block".

question no 2: if we loss all OCR and VD including backup than how can we proceed with that scenario to start cluster
