E812_shortening E1 user session can improve jas server's performance ?

HI, i was wondering if this white paper  How To Set The "Session Timeout" Value For Any Application Server (Doc ID 1488013.1) able to address the issue of jas server performance issue ?

one of my client's  jas server has been running unstably and on and off require restarting...we have look into its heap memory and adjusted it to its best. But still to no success.

Can i refer this white paper and shorten user session by setting it to use less than 30 minutes , would it improve the jas server 's performance?
