Not able to see JavaPCM.log of Customer Center

I tried to set Infranet.properties of Customer Center on Windows as follows

infranet.login.type=1

infranet.log.level=3

infranet.log.file=JavaPCM.log

infranet.log.name=WebApp Log

infranet.log.logallebuf=true

infranet.pcp.debug.flags=0x3FFFFFFF

infranet.pcp.debug.enabled=true

infranet.log.opcodes.enabled=true

infranet.log.opcodes.file=opcodes.log

but still I am not able to locate JavaPCM.log
