Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Dear All

I am trying to find which user cancelled orders. I am looking in OE_ORDER_HEADER_HISTORY table but there is no record for that order(s).
