Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Do I need the F4101A for data conversion Xe to 9.1?

I'm doing a dual JDE upgrade; Xe to 9.1 and 812 to 9.1. The F4101A data conversion is in question. Do I need to convert this file? Thanks, Tim
