International Payroll - Balances are not visible to setup Exception Reporting

Hello,

I am trying to setup Exception Reporting for few Business Rules. For E.g. Net Payment > 25000 USD. However while doing so, I am not able to pickup any Balances in the Balance LOV of Self Service Exception Reports page. I have several custom balances setup in the system.

What could be the reason for these missing balances in Exception Report setup ? Am I missing any setup ?

Please advise.
