ORA-27090: Unable to reserve kernel resources for asynchronous disk I/O

Anyone run into this on ODA? fs.aio-max-nr kernel parameter (despite being set to max recommended value as per Support Note 579108.1) seemingly being too low.

Have run into it (ODA X4-2 v12.1.2.2.0) a couple of times every few weeks for the last couple of months. So it is not new (and not a result of new processing added or changes made, to the ODA platform). Been there for some time now, but getting to be a nuisance as I have large processes (PQ with parallel 32) failing - and then succeeding after an automated retry thanks to the Job Scheduler resubmitting failed jobs. Processing times are tight ito semi-realtime requirements (i.e. how soon after closing a time period, the reporting/aggregated data for that period is
