Error creating datasource when running txkEBSAuth.xml

I'm attempting to use a different webgate to secure the same EBS instance.   The original config with OAM and webgate1 and EBS worked fine.

I no longer want to use webgate1 to front this EBS so I created a webgate on host2 (lets call it webgate2) and want to run the txkEBSAuth.xml script to finish the integration with Accessgate.

When I first attempted this, the ant script returned that the datasource already existed, which it did.  The recommendation was to add the -DforceDataSource=true option which I did.

That seemed to drop the datasource, but when it tried to recreate it (during the same run), I received the following error:
