Planning Data Collection - UOM's are getting into duplicate Error

Dear Experts,

1) Item has been created in EBS with a primary UOM.

2) Data has been loaded to ASCP through standard "Planning Data Collection".

3) Item has been deleted using delete group and same item has been created with a different primary UOM in EBS.

4) Now, on running "Planning Data Collection", getting into Error saying

"ORA-00001: unique constraint (MSC.MSC_UOM_CLASS_CONVERSIONS_U2) violated"

could understand that this constraint exists for item and primary UOM based on the

Question is: As per broader understanding, Collections in complete refresh mode will completely delete the data in ASCP and load the data as a new and hence no duplicate error will not come into picture.
