Hi,

Could you let me know on below:

I m using cs_servicerequest_pub.Create_ServiceRequest API for creating service request.

What is this parameter in the API , what is the use of it => l_service_request_rec.verify_cp_flag

While creating Service Request, I need to have Instance details on the Service Request Header which is in between Model and Serial Number on the SR.

To which parameter i have to pass the instance id (or) instance number in the API.
