How to add/update links in Tools menu

Hello,

Wondering if anyone knows how to update the Tools menu in Workspace, specifically version 11.1.2.2 305?  Currently our end users navigate to Workspace - Tools - Install to install the latest version of SmartView.  I've been thinking of creating a .bat file to run the SmartView install in silent mode and was hoping I could just change from running the SmartView.exe to SmartView.bat. 

Or adding a new link until Install would be an option also.

Any ideas if this is possible?
