Assignment Form Personalization - Hiding Tabs

Hello,

   In HR when I click on Enter and Maintain, form PERWSHRG, I immediately get "ORA-01403: no data found" and when we click on the detailsl button on the error message we find another line "FRM-40735: WHEN-TAB-PAGE-CHANGED trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06502." If I click on OK button on the error message the function continue as expected. Our project made form personalization in an effort to hide several assignment tabs including the Salary Tab except the Supervisor and Project Information tabs. I am not sure if the error is related to using the form personalization and we might have missed
