How to change Entity images in Oracle Hyperion Planning 11.1.2.3 tablet version?

We were recently upgraded to the 11.1.2.3 platform so I am considering having users connect to our Planning apps with the new tablet URL because it seems fairly straight-forward.  One thing I noticed though is on the Approvals tab there are ghost/blank user images for each of the entities.  Since our apps' entities are different countries I'd like to update the images, but I can't figure out how.  The only notes I can find are about images for the users in the promotional path (shown below) but I'm not sure if these are the same thing.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!
