Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Forecast generate Message: Bit position is out of range

Hi,

When we are running RDF forecast generate in local domains, we are seeing below message in log files of local domain where 'generate' is executing:

Bit position (58) is out of range of (0..31)

Bit position (44) is out of range of (0..31)

Bit position (44) is out of range of (0..31)

Bit position (58) is out of range of (0..31)

Bit position (58) is out of range of (0..31)

Bit position (58) is out of range of (0..31)

Can anyone please let me know what can be the issue?
