Tools Release 9.1.5.5 issue to install on Deployment server

Hi All,

anyone facing problem with latest TR 9.1.5.5, i installed it on our New Deployment server but it is not creating all folders under system, i don't know about other folders. i tried two times to install but same issue and not able to login because of files and folders missing.

This is our fresh installation on new servers.

JDE E1 9.1 with TR 9.1.5.5
