Agile Item information not coming to PIP

Hi,

We are using Agile-Ebiz PIP Integration. When we are releasing the ECO from Agile to the PIP, it is coming to queue. However, the ECO only contains the Change Order information. Also, it is getting errored out with the below error

The requestor agile, admin (adminagile) you have entered for ECO is invalid. , Entity Id: BO Message Text: An error occurred while processing business object in organization

We configured the ACS Settings in Agile Java Client with the user adminagile. On exporting the ECO from Agile, we find both ECO as well as the item information in the aXML. However, the ATO in PIP Queue does not show any item information at all.
