Integeration : Telephony and JDE
The Requirement is as Described Below:
The Client Service Executive (CSE) will receive the call from the respective Customer.
In this case the phone number can be seen on their Telephony System.
This Phone Number needs to be populated on the Custom JDE Interactive Application Field and the respective Fields on the Form needs to be populated.
Basically it is having an Interface between the Telephony system and the JDE Web System.
