Forms11 instalallation - cannot get windows7 loopback adapter working

Hello,

although I have an active SR with my issue related to the Windows7 loopback adapater, I would like to ask for additional help.

The SR is going extremely slow, ticket raised 14 days ago.

I've done all I could based on Oracle documentation, numerous link and blogs. I simply cannot get my loopback adapter past the nslookup test.

Last year I did manage to get it working, but then due to other projects I had to rebuild this PC and start all over again.
