Siebel Proposal Edit Layout not working in HI application on Web Client post 8.1.1.14 Upgrade

Hello

We have recently upgraded Siebel HTIM application from 8.1.1.11 to 8.1.1.14 - Patchset 6.

In Quote or Opportunity > Proposal tab, after adding new proposal record we click on Edit Layout button. Now after adding new section from "Content Library" to "Table of Contents" and clicking OK button, get below error: Error: Unable to instantiate context for request.(SBL-EDC-00199)


Same functionality works fine if accessed with Standard vanilla or custom srf on Local Db. But issue is occuring if we access the application(using either vanilla or custom srf) on Web Client(Server DB)

Has anybody faced similar issue or can provide any workaround solution to resolve the same?
