SI consolidation
I have a customer who recently added more named user licences again. He now has 3 different support identifiers with three different "paying times".
He wants to consolidate those three licences, so that he gets only one "Remember" support notice when the next licence is due.
What would be the best way to get this done?
Will a default support identifier be helpful? Or should we contact oracle sales directly?
