Query-Based Tabs & Summary Elements

I have a BP with a QBT for another referenced BP in a release 10.0.3 environment.  QBT works fine and displays the appropriate records based on the filter conditions.

I then added a Summary Element configured to "count" the number of QBT records and display that number in the Upper form and as a column in the BP Log.  The Summary Element works fine, displaying the correct number in both the Upper form and Log, but no records appear under the QBT tab.

When I remove the Summary Element, the records re-appear under the QBT.

Any ideas?
