Modify cycle Fee end field Purchased Product

What is the ways to follow to modify cycle fee end field of Purchased Product Cycle Fee array under purchased product class.

I tried using PCM_OP_SUBSCRIPTION_SET_PRODINFO but it updates only charged to field only. Also, tried calling opcode PCM_OP_SUBSCRIPTION_POL_SPEC_CYCLE_FEE_INTERVAL, but it does not do much, it is called by another opcode intermediary to call custom code only.

Any feed on this appreciated
