Reprint invoice R42565 (BIP) and email to user

Using BI Publisher and 9.0, I need to set up bursting on a report definition to email the user who ran the UBE.  I have the Delivery set to Data Driven Email.  I have a valid email address in the From Email Address Override, but I don't know what to use in Data Item for Subject and Body; and I don't know (probably most importantly) what to enter in the grid for "Data Driven Recipients" .  Can anyone help with me with this?
