Custom menu

I've got Strategic Network Optimization R12.1.3 installed in a couple of Windows 7 based PCs.  In each one of them I've tried to create Custom menu buttons adding a linx.statrtup in the C:\scp\12.1.3\sno directory.  In one of the PC's the Custom menu appeared but not in the other.  Can anybody provide any help of why such thing is happening?
