Opening attachments in iOS / OpenUI / IP2014

Hey guys, I'm trying to open an Order proposal file attachment in iPad/Chrome using open ui and Siebel 8.1.1.14 but there is no "open" option, only save, which does nothing. Does anyone know if there is any workaround to open these .doc files?

Direct links from other websites to word documents can be opened in chrome in the same device, so I'm sure the device is not the problem.
