How to Enter Suppliers in iSupplier Module?

Dear All Experts,

We have one requirement that, most of the times our company uses open Bidding Process. So for that Suppliers first registers in our website and we checks that whether that suppliers qualifies our criteria of bidding or not. If no than that supplier will not be register in our company and can not take part in Bidding. But if that supplier qualifies than we need to register that supplier and notify him/his to create their users by filling complete information.

Now in iSupplier can this process mapped? And how?
