Kindly suggest if solution "E1: OUTBND: RTE with Transaction Server is not working with E8.11 SP1 (Doc ID 646916.1)"

is valid for E1 9.1/9.1.3.4 as well. I see following messages in COB log file:

jdeEvent_GetJ2EEServerHostAndPort - JDB_GetRTEJ2EEServerLocation failed to get J2EE host and port

544881/1895WRK:UMI1006_80000000_DConnectorMon Jul 27 14:00:19.908896evtprivate.c665

Unable to find location of Transaction server host and port

RTE configured on WLS.
