UCM Publish in Middleware mode

Siebel Gurus,

A quick query .If 4 Systems A,B,C,D are to recieve updates in middleware mode from Siebel UCM , how would be a sample Account publish message be if D has updated the Account. For this Account,  A&B have x ref data (S_CIF_ORG_MAP is populated) while C does not. I am curious about how the xref data is sent. In which element of SOAP Message. Thanks in advance.
