To flag the customizied files under COMMON_TOP

@Hi Team,

We have done few customization's and have placed the customized files in $OA_HTML under COMMON_TOP. We want these files to flagged so that any patching will not impact the changes done in files. We checked with our DBA team they said they can flag only the files under APPL_TOP but not under COMMON_TOP. Can you please suggest how to flag the files under COMMON_TOP.
