Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. "unable to load oraops12.dll" error.

Hi,

We have oracle 12c ODAC Xcopy installed and running web application hosted in IIS and getting "unable to load oraops12.dll" error.

When running a winform application on the same machine, there is no such error.

Both the winform and web application are running with the same user identity.

Can anyone help me out?
