Warehouse record is missing in RPM_FUTURE_RETAIL

Dear Support,

We have created some items in RMS from back end scripts.

All items are flown to RPM  for Store and WH.

WH records are present in RPM_ITEM_LOC ,but WH records are missing in RPM_FUTURE_RETAIL.

In RPM_FUTURE_RETAIL we need to have 2 records , one for Zone and one for WH , but only zone level record is present .

RPM 13.2.8 , System_Options in RPM, RECOGNIZE_WH_AS_LOCATIONS=1 and Open_Zone_Use=1.
