Interactive Reporting Data Access Service not starting

Hello,

I applied maintenance release to my Hyperion 11.1.2.1.600 to 11.1.2.3.500 and it was working fine. I just noticed that "Interactive Reporting Data Access Service" remains in the "Startup In Progress" mode. I stopped and restarted the services several times and also make sure that I am able to connect to the Database using ODBC connector and I was able to do it, but the service is not starting. Any suggestion to troubleshoot this issue?
