SmartView retrievals crashes Excel after upgrading HFM from 11.1.2.3 to 11.1.2.4.100
Hello,
We applied the 11.1.2.4 release on top of a 11.1.2.3 installation.
And currently, we are having issues while retrieving data from HFM applications.
We've tried using Smart View 11.1.2.5.200, 11.1.2.5.400 & 11.1.2.5.410.
The thing is that simple retrieves will work once we restart the HFM services but after a couple of retrieves, it will get stuck. No major issues when accessing from the Web.
However, it seems that opening the HFM applications takes longer after several retrieves.
