Depreciation Account Override Extension

Oracle Projects forms PAXPREPR and PAXCARVW, the user enters the depreciation account manually. We came across "Depreciation Account Override Extension" available in the Integration Repository responsibility. We wish to use this extension and automate creation of Depreciation Account on this form as follows:- Natural Account - From FA Asset Category setup Intercompany Segment - 000 (default) All other segments (LE, CC, Site, Product Line) - from AutoAccounting Lookup sets based upon Project Task to which this asset would be assigned. Is this feasible? Can we use this extension to derive accounting in above mentioned fashion? Or this extension would just look to FA Book Code & Asset Category to bring depreciation account?
