Trouble exporting IR reports to excel?

Hi;

We recently changed browser versions from IE8 to IE9.

Since the change, our Hyperion IR reports will not export to excel format. The PDF export works. The radio/ribbon and file menu excel export choices are all greyed out. I cannot find any information on this in the patch or SR sections. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Would love to hear a remedy.
