My team has reached out to Oracle on this before but was not given a root cause answer as to why and we cannot reproduce at will.  Has anyone else experienced this and received a root cause from Oracle?  I found several other cases of this but they were for complete tasks.   I only found one other discussion that a users posted but it too did not get answered as to the root cause.
