RMAN Point in time restore

If I started a rman backup   archivelogs of a 20TB DB today and it finished a week from now.

What is the min and max point in time that I can restore upto to remote host ?

If there is a separate archival job running, will that impact the run of this full

Example : If i started the backup on 10th and it completed on 17th. Can I restore to a time on the 9th ? Can I restore to a time in between 10 -17 ?
