Oracle webadi r12.2.3 uploader issue

I am working in R12.2.3 Instacne for one of the webadi requirement,i have 10 rows,7 rows are valid and 3 rows are invalid,when i click on upload option in WEBADI Sheet then the valid records are not marking as green color,after correcting 3 invalid records then all the records getting validatiing agian and the color is appearinga as green.,

Could you please tell me is it bug or not?
