MFP --> Commit status shows never commited even after committing

Hi,

     We have an issue with MFP where some of the users are facing issue in the application. Not all the users are encountering this problem.  Users create WB and make changes and when they commit, the status still shows "Never Committed".  We already opened a (SR 3-5589338171 : Commit status remains "Never Committed" even after committing a workbook in MFP) 3 years back. Based on Oracle suggestion, they asked to upgrade the RPAS fusion client version to 13.2.3.23 and then we did not receive any complaints from the user. Now we have upgraded the version than this, but again
