Enabling PTPORTALREGISTRY Search
I am not getting search results when using the Search Menu box at the top of the Main Menu dropdown. I get the message "An error has occurred while performing search, please contact your administrator."
I have deployed and successfully crawled the PRPORTALREGISTRY search definition.
I get correct search results using the Search Test Page.
I have set the Search Results Page options at People Tools > Portal > General Settings to Menu = PORTAL_ADMIN; Component = PTSF_GLOBAL Search
My user id is a clone of VP1 with a few additions
We are CRM 9.2 w/ PTools 8.54
Any suggestions?
