E910_TR9.1.4.3 repeating zombies found in SMC

hi, i was curious why after i cleared the zombie /corrupted COK by pressing "Remove zombie" button in SMC...it would still show continuous zombie in the page...What else i can try to stop this repeating zombie status ?

can by restarting enterprise server instance able to fix the issue ? 

if i turn off HandlekrnlSignal in jde.ini [Jdenet] able to fix the repeating zombie ?
