Reports using Barcode failing on EBS R12.1.2 with erros: REP-0069 REP-57054 REP-1401 ORA-39565

Hi there,

When we submit the barcode report, it immediately fails with following errors:

REP-0069: Internal error

REP-57054: In-process job terminated:Terminated with error:

REP-1401: 'beforereport': Fatal PL/SQL error occurred.

ORA-39565: Message 39565 not found; product=RDBMS; facility=ORA

We have performed steps using following oracle document

Report With Barcode Bean Is Causing REP-69, REP-57054, REP-1401 and ORA-39565 (Doc ID 271807.1)

and set the following and restarted application services:

REPORTS_DEFAULT_DISPLAY to NO in the reports.sh and define a valid DISPLAY

But it is still giving same errors.
