Why can't I see the Oracle response to a MOS administration issue?
I raised SR 3-11035521131 because I was unable to delete old users who had left our organisation. I have had emails telling me that a solution has been provided by Oracle, yet the SR has never appeared in any of the sections of my SR list so I have been unable to read the Oracle response to see if it fixes my problem. What should I do? (I also am having alot of difficulty finding out MOS phone numbers to call MOS about this).
