French DAS2 - Consultants Letter in French

Hi,

I am running the French DAS2 consultants letter in Oracle R12 which works fine.  However, the letter is produced in English but the client wants the letter in French.  Is there a localisation patch that will produce the letter in French?  I have looked but cannot find one.
