Restrict activity creation for F9.

Hi Team,

can we restrict, system creating an activity when we invoke F9 functionality, we are planning to use 'External Email Client' in OpenUI application which we don't want an activity to be created in Siebel application when F9 has invoked.

can someone give your valuable comments.
