prctl hangs (CTR C to get the prompt) on printing (-P) rctl of certain (not all) PID.

It happens on several Solaris 10 NGZ on Solaris 11 GZ.(LDOM)

prctl works fine on all PID except  Sybase dataserver processes  even if in the same project (user.sybase)

Also prctl is not working on project 'user.sybase' associated to those processes.

DBA is noticing as DB transactions are freezing.

After zone reboot prctl keeps  behaving the same.

Trying to modify rctl (Ex. increase  zone.max-shm-memory ) killed the those Sybase dataserver processes.

Had to reboot the zone.

I am afraid to try again.

Any suggestion ?
